Mr. Penguin is only currently available as a lidded box (as shown here.)
All BEASTIES are created using traditional woodworking techniques. They are made with Poplar, Apen, & Pine woods, oil-based stains & hardy lacquers. Each and every one is imagined and built in my Cleveland bacement.
Lidded Boxes: This Box is lined with felt, both insidse & out. The Beastie's face is it's lid, & it simply lifts off, without hinges. This box has the face as its lid, and she/he the will have legs & feet on the front and a tail on the bottom, all which extend beyond the core box size. The core box size is approx 4 x 4 x 5.5" tall.
Custom Pet:I can make a Custom Pet Beastie from your photos! Choose what format you'd like (Wall Face, Open-Top, Lidded, or Planter) & email a pic of your beloved pet, it's that easy!

I will begin creating it from scratch as soon as you purchase it, please allow 3-4 weeks for this creation, although it maybe sooner. You may email me if your purchase is time sensitive, and I can give you a firm timeframe for its competition. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. If you are located in the Cleveland area, I'd be happy to meet you for a local pick-up. Just leave contact instructions as you check out. 😊
Please remember that each item is handmade and will differ slightly from the images on this site. Your wood stain maybe a tad lighter, or the wood grain a little bolder, this only adds to the character of your Beastie Box and makes her more unique!
However, if your Beastie Box is broken, somehow defective, or was damaged in transit please take pics and email me right away. I will do everything I can to fix the problem in a timely manner. Accidents can happen, though we try our best, so please be considerate in the unlikely event you are not pleased with your Beastie Box.
